Thanks for reporting, but without a reproducer or other additional debugging information, there isn't much to go on here, so I am closing. That line is generated by SQLite, not directly by DNF code. It looks like DNF may have been killed and didn't get a chance to cleanly exit and gracefully write the history database. Feel free to reopen if you can offer any additional information, but it's more likely this is a SQLite bug if anything.
