"Customize" page after clicking "Back"

Description of problem:

When the user creates a VM from the Catalog, clicks "Customize VirtualMachine", clicks "Next", and then clicks "Back", the "Customize" page does not persist the storage settings.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click a template on the catalog page.
2. Click "Customize VirtualMachine". The *Disk source* is "Template default".
3. Click "Next".
4. Click "Back". The *Disk source* is "PVC (clone PVC)". The user cannot move from this page without selecting a disk source option (Template default is not one of the choices), a PVC project, PVC name, etc.
5. Select various storage options on the "Customize" page and click "Next".
6. Click "Back". The storage settings have not been saved. The *Disk source* is "PVC (clone PVC)" and the other PVC fields are empty.

Actual results:

Expected results:

When the user clicks "Back" in step 4, the "Customize" page with "Template" default disk source should appear.

If the user changes settings on the "Customize" page, clicks "Next", and then clicks "Back", the user's settings should be saved.
