In 4.14 Manage policy modal, Column wise sorting is crashing the entire modal. It is breaking only when more than one policy is applied to the same application. (Applicable only for subscription app type)

If this is a regression, please provide more details to justify this:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Subscription type application on ACM with more than one subscription. Each should have a separate placement.  
2. Assign different policies to each placement using the "Manage data policy" action.
3. Policy list view on managing data policy modal, try to sort the first column. 
4. It will crash the entire page.

Actual results:
Column-wise sorting leads to crashing the entire page.

Expected results:
Sorting has to be happen without any issue.
