mopidy failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f39 https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=103633654 For details on the mass rebuild see: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_39_Mass_Rebuild Please fix mopidy at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks, mopidy will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 40, mopidy will be retired, if it still fails to build. This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle. Changing version to 39.
I've seen you built mopidy-3.4.1-1.fc40. Please also build this for Fedora 39. Note that there are newer commits in dist-git as well: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/mopidy/commits/rawhide
Hi Miro. Yes, I intend to rebuild for fc39, but it depends on this landing: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2023-db10165e80
You can create a buildroot override with pykka-2.0.2-17.fc39: $ bodhi overrides save --duration 2 --notes "For mopidy" pykka-2.0.2-17.fc39 The command will wait until the build is available. Then, you can build mopidy. Once built, you can edit the update to add mopidy there.
