The updated `pyunicorn` depends on `h5netcdf`, which is not yet in Fedora. But a review has been requested in bug 2213518.
The missing dependency has just been pushed: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/?packages=python-h5netcdf The package should install fine now. Update for f39 has been resubmitted.
