Please fix rust-tokio at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
rust-tokio will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 40,
rust-tokio will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Caused by a compiler crash on s390x.

After the LLVM fix landed in rawhide, a resubmitted build of tokio succeeded:
