A new feature for ODF 4.14 showing occupied/used capacity of PVCs per namespace does not show on management-console.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy External mode cluster and navigate to management-console
2. Navigate to storage-system details 
3. On Requested capacity card select PersistentVolumeClaims in dropdown


Actual results:
PersistentVolumeClaims is not visible

Expected results:
PersistentVolumeClaims is visible and clickable. When selecting PersistentVolumeClaims another dropdown html element appears - to select Project (Namespace)

PR for master is up, will backport to 4.14 by this week as well...
