Description of problem:

Missing execute_no_trans policy for nut stack.

This time I contribute/notify first to upstream:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2228245

UPS environments are more common in enterprise context
therefore - could this be included:

https://github.com/fedora-selinux/selinux-policy/pull/1811/files

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Not included in selinux-policy-38.1.11-2.el9_2

Could this be included for RHEL9.3?
