Description of problem:
Upstream patch, https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/tripleo-ansible/+/865154, is required for some customers.

The patch is requested into OSP17.1 GA or z1.
Would you please proceed the backport of the patch into OSP17.1 GA or z1?
