Hello.

Are there any plans to update yaml-cpp in Fedora to 0.8.0?

Thank you.

Comment 4 Richard Shaw 2024-09-03 12:17:57 UTC
The following packages may need to be rebuild:
$ fedrq wr -F "name" -s yaml-cpp-devel
IQmol
OpenColorIO
calamares
cantera
ceph
contour-terminal
daggy
dcm2niix
libmamba
librime
libzypp
luxcorerender
mir
miracle-wm
pdns
qt-creator
rstudio
supercollider
thinkfan
vfrnav

Comment 5 Richard Shaw 2024-09-03 12:19:37 UTC
Confirmed... There's no ABI breaking changes but upstream bumped the soname of the library anyway. All dependent packages will need to be rebuilt.
