The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.
Description of problem:
This is a consequence of not having wanted to fix BZ 1910077.
Users mapped to sysadm_u cannot execute `sudo dnf` command because `sysadm_sudo_t` context cannot execute DNF command due to missing rule.

1. Create a user mapped to sysadm_u
# useradd -G wheel -Z sysadm_u sysadm
# echo redhat | passwd --stdin sysadm
# setseboot -P ssh_sysadm_login=on
2. Login as the user and try executing dnf
# ssh sysadm@localhost
$ id -Z
sysadm_u:sysadm_r:sysadm_t:s0-s0:c0.c1023
$ sudo dnf update
Actual results:
error: cannot open Packages database in /var/lib/rpm
Error: Error: rpmdb open failed
Expected results:
No error
