Description of problem:

Cu looks like is hitting this bug [1], the only think is that they are running 16.2.5  and this should be fixed on 16.2.4

Could you please take a look and confirm if is the same issue ?  and what should be next steps ?


Looks like a restarting serviceS solved the issue:

From cu: "restarted nova libvirt and compute on the compute node in question and volumes then attached afterwards."
