Description of problem:

I wanted to give the packagers a heads-up that kpcli version 4.0 is released. Version 4 adds support for the newer, and often request KDBX4 file format, by making use of the File::KDBX Perl module that Charles McGarvey recently released: https://metacpan.org/dist/File-KDBX

Additional info:

In order for kpcli to provide KDBX4 file format to users, File::KDBX will need to be packaged and become a dependency of kpcli. A couple of File::KDBX's dependencies may also need to be packaged.
