We want users to benefit from bug fixes and updates in general by default thus we want to enable auto-updates by default. Users will still have the option of disabling that or tuning the frequency at which updates happen. If you encounter a bug related to this Change, please do not comment here. Instead create a new bug and set it to block this bug. Reproducible: Always

So the change on the Fedora side is complete (https://pagure.io/workstation-ostree-config/pull-request/393), but there might be bugs still (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=471548) and an RFE (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=454422). I think we'll have to evaluate if it can ship without those fixes during beta testing / if we can get those fixes in soon. Moving to ON_QA.
As I've been unable to complete the work needed for this one, I'm deferring it to F40.
