This is a tracking bug for Change: Use Noto fonts for Indic (Indian language) scripts For more details, see: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Indic_Noto_fonts Google Noto fonts for Indic (Indian) languages replace the default Lohit fonts If you encounter a bug related to this Change, please do not comment here. Instead create a new bug and set it to block this bug.
As best as I can tell, this is nearly done, but one thing seems to be missing: the updates to lohit-* to drop their priority have only been done on Rawhide (F40), not on F39. e.g. https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2274802 . CCing sshil. The Beta freeze kicks in tomorrow, so if these builds can't be done for F39 quickly, we may need an FE bug for that. Setting MODIFIED as I'm not sure whether the lohit-* changes are necessary for this change to fully work as intended.
build complete of all lohit for f39 https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/?search=lohit
F39 was released on November 7th, so I am closing this tracker. If this Change was not completed, please notify me ASAP.
