Hello!
I tried to install "python2-OWSLib, qgis-python, qgis-devel and qgis-server" package from epel-7 repository, but it failed with the following error:

 Problem 1: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides python2-pyproj needed by python2-OWSLib-0.9.2-2.el7.noarch
 Problem 2: package qgis-python-2.14.9-1.el7.x86_64 requires python-OWSLib, but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - nothing provides python2-pyproj needed by python2-OWSLib-0.9.2-2.el7.noarch
 Problem 3: package qgis-devel-2.14.9-1.el7.x86_64 requires libqgispython.so.2.14.9()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package qgis-python-2.14.9-1.el7.x86_64 requires python-OWSLib, but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - nothing provides python2-pyproj needed by python2-OWSLib-0.9.2-2.el7.noarch
 Problem 4: package qgis-server-2.14.9-1.el7.x86_64 requires libqgispython.so.2.14.9()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed

Thanks for reporting this!

It looks like the pyproj package in EPEL7 is old enough that it does not Provide python2-pyproj, so the dependency needs to be on pyproj. It looks like I got this right for the BuildRequires but missed fixing the install-time Requires.

I’ll get this fixed right away.
