Description of problem:
Sync of container repos with different mediaTypes from quay fails with this error:

This is caused by validation for uploaded and synced manifest JSON content added in pulp_container 2.14.0 (included in Satellite 6.13.0 snap 2).
Later in pulp_container 2.14.4 the validation was relaxed to address the issue, see https://docs.pulpproject.org/pulp_container/changes.html#id15
This BZ is a request to bump the pulp_container version to 2.14.4 in 6.13.4 or 6.13.z.

Verification Steps:
1. Upload manifest and add any of the custom repos mentioned in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2236070#c0.
2. Try to synchronize the custom repository added.
Result:
Repository was successfully synchronized without any error.
