The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

A security fix (JDK-8302483: Enhance ZIP performance) introduced extra checks on Zip64 zip files, which regressed the JDK's ability to read certain zip files:

This has been fixed upstream in an interim 11.0.20.1 release.

We should update to this interim release as soon as possible and before the October security update where possible.
