Upon attempting to load the hostgroups page, a 500 error code is encountered.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Ensure the presence of at least one hostgroup.
2. Create a user with the roles of 'Ansible Roles Manager' and 'Ansible Tower Inventory Reader'.
3. Log in using the newly created user credentials and proceed to the '/hostgroups' index page.

Bulk setting Target Milestone = 6.15.0 where sat-6.15.0+ is set.

Tested on: Satellite 6.15 snap 3

Steps followed: 

1. Ensure the presence of at least one host group.
2. Create a user with the roles of 'Ansible Roles Manager' and 'Ansible Tower Inventory Reader'.
3. Login using the newly created user credentials and proceed to the '/host groups' index page.

Observation: No 500 error was seen on the host group page
