Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). If you're a Red Hat customer, please continue to file support cases via the Red Hat customer portal. If you're not, please head to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira and file new tickets here. Individual Bugzilla bugs will be migrated starting at the end of May. If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description Jeremy Lenz 2023-09-01 15:21:25 UTC
When I go to a host collection details and use the 'Errata Installation' link, I'm supposed to be able to select errata there and then 'Install Selected > via remote execution' or 'customize first.' However, clicking on either of these does nothing.

Guessing it's related to katello-agent removal code, though I didn't test to see if it's a regression.

Comment 3 Bryan Kearney 2023-09-18 16:02:57 UTC
Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/36713 has been resolved.

Comment 4 Brad Buckingham 2023-10-30 11:29:29 UTC
Bulk setting Target Milestone = 6.15.0 where sat-6.15.0+ is set.

Comment 5 Sam Bible 2024-01-23 16:41:21 UTC
Verified on 6.15 - Snap 5

Steps to Verify:
1. Setup a few Content Hosts, and prepare Errata for installation
2. Add these to a Host Collection
3. Go to Host Collection-> Details and click the Errata Installation link
4. Attempt to install the Errata

Expected Result:
You correctly get the Errata Installation Popup, and both Install via REX and Install via REX (Customize first) links work, and errata installs appropriately.

Actual Result:
You correctly get the Errata Installation Popup, and both Install via REX and Install via REX (Customize first) links work, and errata installs appropriately.
