Description of problem:
The RHEL5 kernel has a problem with non-MLS/MCS enabled SELinux policy where a 
Oops could be triggered by dereferencing a NULL pointer.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
All NetLabel enabled kernels based on the NetLabel sources from 2.6.19.

How reproducible:
Everytime.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a non-MLS/MCS policy
2. Start a network application
  
Actual results:
Kernel oops

Expected results:
Normal operation

Additional info:
I am attaching a patch which has been shown to fix this problem.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.
