Cluster status "OK" button

Description of problem:

After navigating to Cluster > Upgrade , the Cluster Status "OK" button displays empty text.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
18.2.0-24.el9cp

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy an RHCS 7.0 cluster with monitoring stack enabled
2. Login to dashboard and navigate to Cluster > Upgrade
3. Check the Cluster status "OK" button

Actual results:
Empty text displayed on Cluster status "OK"

Expected results:
When the status is OK, it should be plaintext and not have an interaction.
