please consider accepting PR https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-pwntools/pull-request/2 to:
- bump to 4.11.1
- add basic %check
- fix license to new SPDX format
- patch to remove python2 shabangs from pwn commandline modules
- patch to fix regular expression in libcdb.py
