Could you please update usbrelay to 1.2.1? We are working on an update of python-setuptools to its latest version and usbrelay fails to build with it. The problem is already solved upstream and the fix is released in the latest release, see: https://github.com/darrylb123/usbrelay/commit/679b1e2904c7f636664ebf358dd77bddb6fc4a6a
