Automation test test_validate_topology_node_details hits issue:  

Navigating to ODF Topology on Compact mode deployment and opening Details of any node User will see "control-planemasterworker" which is a merged 3 roles to one word. See screenshot -> https://url.corp.redhat.com/d97abbf


Version of all relevant components (if applicable):
Since the feature is introduced on 4.13 the issue should start from ODF 4.13 release.
Found on ODF 4.14

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to management-console
2. Navigate to Data Foundation, Topology tab
3. Click on any node from topology, open Details tab in a sidebar
4. Check Role value

Actual results:
Role value should be "control-plane, master, worker"

Expected results:
Role value is "control-planemasterworker"
