The reproduction does not match the original reproduction recipe. This seems like it might be a case of failing QA on a ticket due to something that is perceived to be similar to the original. If that is the case, we probably should have validated the original issue, and created a new issue with the new reproduction recipe... and in this case, targeted at 7.0 z1.
