So the mandatory due date to ship the ODF 4.11 Container image with updated packages is 26 October 2023, to prevent CHI scores (Health Score) from dropping to grade C.
Verified with OCP 4.11 and odf-operator.v4.11.12 mcg-core container sh-4.4$ rpm -q nodejs-16 npm nodejs-16.20.2-2.module+el8.8.0+19898+ab99ba34.x86_64 The respective nodejs rpm matches with one mentioned in https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/CVE-2023-32002, hence closing the bug
