Description of problem:

When creating a volume in dashboard, if it starts with ".", it shows it is invalid. but it is okay to to add ".", anywhere but start.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Ceph version
18.2.0-79.el9cp reef (stable)

How reproducible:

try to name the volume starts with "."

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:

.......
File System name should start with a letter and can only contain letters, numbers, '.', '-' or '_'

Expected results:

It should let it name it starts with "."
