This CVE covers varnish versions > 5.x. EPEL7 had varnish-4.0.x. And EPEL7 is EOL anyway. As Red Hat packages now varnish downstream included in RHEL, the package does not exist in EPEL>7. Closing this old issue as not a bug. br, Ingvar Hagelund
