Description of problem:
Package python-omemo-backend-signal fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.3.1~beta-4.fc39

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f40 python-omemo-backend-signal-0.3.1~beta-4.fc39.src.rpm

Steps to Reproduce:
1. fedpkg co python-omemo-backend-signal
2. cd python-omemo-backend-signal
3. fedpkg mockbuild
Actual Results:  
Error: 
 Problem 1: package python3-x3dh-0.5.9~beta-13.fc39.noarch from fedora requires (python3.12dist(xeddsa) < 0.7~~ with python3.12dist(xeddsa) >= 0.6), but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - nothing provides (python3.12dist(libnacl) <= 2 with python3.12dist(libnacl) >= 1.7.1) needed by python3-xeddsa-0.6.0~beta-12.fc39.x86_64 from fedora
 Problem 2: package python3-omemo-0.14.0~beta-6.fc39.noarch from fedora requires (python3.12dist(x3dh) < 0.6~~ with python3.12dist(x3dh) >= 0.5.9), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package python3-x3dh-0.5.9~beta-13.fc39.noarch from fedora requires (python3.12dist(xeddsa) < 0.7~~ with python3.12dist(xeddsa) >= 0.6), but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - nothing provides (python3.12dist(libnacl) <= 2 with python3.12dist(libnacl) >= 1.7.1) needed by python3-xeddsa-0.6.0~beta-12.fc39.x86_64 from fedora
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)

Fails in F39 too.
