I looked into this, and it does not appear that any EPEL packages are affected by this. The NVD page for this CVE [0] says that it affects version 5.8.9 and earlier, however it also says that the vulnerability is in the print_insn32 function of libr/arch/p/nds32/nds32-dis.h. That function and that file don't exist in version 5.8.8, which is the version currently shipped in all EPEL branches. It appears that the vulnerable code was both introduced [1] and fixed [2] in the master branch before a 5.8.9 tag ever happened.
