Description of problem:
The trunk bridge information is lost on the compute node with VM/node reboot when on OVN. That means on revert the trunk bridge for OVS is not re-created.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a trunk VM
2. do install-ovn action from OVN migration
3. activate-ovn on a batch
4. reboot a node from the batch or VM hosted by OVN node
5. revert the batch to OVS

Actual results:
tbr- bridge is missing
