Description John Soliman 2023-11-01 09:11:43 UTC
Description of problem:
Hello,
CU is using RHOSP 17.1 and has an issue when trying to add a member to the load balancer pool, the weight and port number do not display in the horizon dashboard.
 - The issue does not happen in Firefox but only in Google Chrome.
 - I've found an upstream bug submitted for the same issue at [1].
[1] https://bugs.launchpad.net/octavia/+bug/2024188

I want to confirm if the fix that seems to be ready in (openstack-octavia-ui-7.0.2-17.1.20230728001011.0affe1a.el9osttrunk) will be available in the upcoming RHOSP 17.1z release or not, or what is the expected release will be included in to solve this issue?

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openstack-octavia-ui-7.0.2-1.20230323230826.994011a.el9ost.noarch
puppet-octavia-18.5.1-1.20230131223407.842492c.el9ost.noarch
python3-octaviaclient-2.3.1-1.20220727132450.51347bc.el9ost.noarch

How reproducible:
100% can be reproduced at will

Steps to Reproduce:
1. With google-chrome, login to the horizon dashboard, go to Network Topology ->
load balancers -> pools -> Create pool, a popup shows up.
2. On this popup clear Pool Members, and you will see that there
isn't any field to modify the Port or Weight.

Actual results:
in the load balancer pool, there isn't any field to modify the Port or Weight on Google Chrome only

Expected results:
in the load balancer pool, the weight and port number are displayed in the horizon dashboard using Google Chrome.
