Created attachment 1997042 [details] The video shows how the clicks do nothing in Fedora 39. Description of problem: I use Fedora 38 and 39 with Gnome on two computers (both made by Lenovo), but I used to have the same issue in Fedora’s previous iterations. When I click on the shutdown button in Gnome’s upper panel and, next, choose to restart, power-off or log-out, nothing happens. The corresponding dialog does not appear. But if I repeat the clicks, the dialog does appear. This issue is quite stable, it is always there. There is at least one more user having the same issue: https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/two-attempts-needed-to-logout-reboot-shutdown-in-gnome/95116 Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): PC1: Lenovo ThinkCentre M700 Intel® Core™ i5-6400T × 4 Intel® HD Graphics 530 (SKL GT2) Fedora Linux 38 (Workstation Edition) Linux 6.5.7-200.fc38.x86_64 Wayland 64-bit Gnome 44.6 PC2: Lenovo ThinkPad X270 Intel® Core™ i5-7300U × 4 Intel® HD Graphics 620 (KBL GT2) Fedora Linux 39 (Workstation Edition) Linux 6.5.6-300.fc39.x86_64 Wayland 64-bit Gnome 45.0 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. It may be important: both me and the other user who reported the issue use disk encryption. My /home and / are ext4 partitions encrypted with LUKS/LVM.
