When starting Kdenlive Compositions and Effects tabs don't display the Commpositions and Effects but a white screen.

Starting Kdenlive in commandline kdenlive, a lots of errors : 

file:///usr/lib64/qt5/qml/org/kde/newstuff/Action.qml:40:1: module "org.kde.kirigami" version 2.5 is not installed 
     import org.kde.kirigami 2.5 as Kirigami 
     ^

After installing kf5-kirigami2 it's OK.

MISSING Require in SPEC : kf5-kirigami2

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora Workstation
2. dnf install kdenlive
3. start kdenlive
