Description of problem:

Currently, ceph dashboard doesnot reflect the NFS performance metrics or NFS export IO latency/throughput 

This BZ is to track the changes needed in Ceph dashboard or prometheus to reflect the NFS performance metrics, Read and Write Throughput in MB/s per export

Performance metrics for NFS is not implemented as of now in code base

Performance metrics for NFS should be present in dashboard
