Description of problem:
After upgrading to RHEL 9.3 update of openldap-server doesn't work anymore

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.6.2

How reproducible:
yum update openldap-clients

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install openldap-server on RHEL 9.2
2. Upgrade to RHEL 9.3
3. yum update openldap-clients

Actual results:
yum update failed with
 Problem: problem with installed package openldap-servers-2.6.2-2.el9.x86_64
  - package openldap-servers-2.6.2-2.el9.x86_64 from @System requires openldap(x86-64) = 2.6.2, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package openldap-servers-2.6.2-2.el9.x86_64 from epel requires openldap(x86-64) = 2.6.2, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both openldap-2.6.3-1.el9.x86_64 from rhel-9-for-x86_64-baseos-rpms and openldap-2.6.2-3.el9.x86_64 from @System
  - cannot install both openldap-2.6.3-1.el9.x86_64 from rhel-9-for-x86_64-baseos-rpms and openldap-2.6.2-1.el9_0.x86_64 from rhel-9-for-x86_64-baseos-rpms
  - cannot install both openldap-2.6.3-1.el9.x86_64 from rhel-9-for-x86_64-baseos-rpms and openldap-2.6.2-3.el9.x86_64 from rhel-9-for-x86_64-baseos-rpms
  - package openldap-clients-2.6.3-1.el9.x86_64 from rhel-9-for-x86_64-baseos-rpms requires openldap(x86-64) = 2.6.3-1.el9, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package openldap-clients-2.6.2-3.el9.x86_64


Expected results:
yum update with no error

Additional info:
It seems the EPEL package openldap-server needs an upgrade to version 2.6.3
