There has been reported delays of health check script execution by sensubility higher than 30 seconds. This is not ideal, so we need to lower this time.

I was not able to reproduce such long time of execution, but on my environment it took ~6s max (~5s avg) to execute, which is not ideal indeed.

resolution of ERRATA.
