Ah, you're right; the mass rebuild is in a side tag that hasn't been merged. There's probably no rush to build though, as your bug won't be causing trouble for another 8+ weeks (which will definitely be after the mass rebuild side tag is merged). But you can it to ASSIGNED to extend the time a bit too.
