Description of problem:

With `colord-kde` installed, KDE System Settings cannot display Color Management, because a required package is not listed as a dependency: `kf5-kirigami2-addons-dateandtime`.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 23.04.3

How reproducible: always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open KDE System Settings (`systemsettings`).
2. Go to Hardware, Color Management.

Actual results:

It will display an error.

Expected results:

It should display the color management UI.

Additional info:

`kf5-kirigami2-addons-treeview` should be added as a dependency (it would also bring with itself `kf5-kirigami2-addons`).
