Dxvk-native has been successfully upstreamed into dxvk, which is currently at version 2.3. 

Current version is outdated and so does not support important performance changes such as GPL rendering

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Install the package.
Actual Results:  
installs version 1.9.2a

Expected Results:  
install the newest release.
