Description of problem:
Package is currently not installable on RHEL8/EPEL8 as it is missing dependency 

dnf install python3-registry --enablerepo=*EPEL*
Updating Subscription Management repositories.
Unable to read consumer identity

This system is not registered with an entitlement server. You can use subscription-manager to register.

EPEL9/EPEL10 should be fine now. Trying to get EPEL8 fixed soon.
