Specs templates still use to the old licenses identifiers which should get replaced by SPDX counterpart. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Use any template to build a spec file 2. 3. Actual Results: The old license identifiers still in use Expected Results: SPDX identifiers licenses should be present.

Re-visting this bug, Can you give specific location/example where SPDX identifier need to be updated in template files?
At least some of the template files mention "fontlicense OFL"
