Description of problem:

Package "conman" is missing from epel9.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

conman-0.3.0-5.el9.x86_64

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo dnf clean all
2. sudo dnf install conman


Actual results:

No match for argument: conman
Error: Unable to find a match: conman

Expected results:

Able to install package "conman" successfully

Additional info:

Package "conman" is available for epel8 and fedora 37 to 39
