Ghostscript 10.02.1 has reached Fedora 39. This update breaks LilyPond due to

In short, Ghostscript 10.02.1 includes a security fix that removes an insecure function, but the function was used by LilyPond.

This has already been addressed in LilyPond, please update from 2.25.4 to the latest version, 2.25.10.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. echo "{ c' }" > tmp.ly
2. lilypond tmp.ly
Actual Results:  
Converting to `tmp.pdf'...
