Description of problem:

The Errata page incorrectly interprets unicode characters.

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter Errata menu
2.Click on Errata Management
3.Create an Errata
4.In the errata, set Synopsis, or others, to something like 'éà'
  
Actual results:

Unicode characters incorrectly displayed

Expected results:

Unicode characters are correctly displayed

Works correctly in RHN Satellite 5.4
