Description Colin S 2023-12-12 00:59:33 UTC
Description of problem:

The spec for this package is missing a

> BuildRequires: libselinux-devel

in order to build with support for the `--selinux` option. This option uses an SELinux context file such as `/etc/selinux/targeted/contexts/files/file_contexts` to label all files in the generated squashfs. This feature is useful because it eliminates the need to "pre-label" the files on the host filesystem.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.2.0-2.el9

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo dnf install -y squashfs-tools-ng
2. gensquashfs --help

Actual results: observe help output missing `--selinux` option

Expected results:

> --selinux, -s <file> Specify an SELinux label file to get context
> attributes from.

Comment 1 David Trudgian 2023-12-13 10:07:34 UTC
Thank you for the pull request - the pagure notification had gone to spam, so this bugzilla notification is very handy.

I only carry out packaging work a part of my employment, during work hours, and have been out sick recently. I will attend to it as soon as I have time.

Comment 2 Colin S 2023-12-13 13:16:17 UTC
Best wishes for a speedy recovery!
