Comment 7 Lumír Balhar 2025-10-20 06:44:24 UTC
I'm going to update ipython to the latest version, and this package will fail to build if not updated.

The compatibility was fixed in: https://github.com/prompt-toolkit/ptpython/commit/48c7b3885c786fcb3f5f75404cd4cc2caa20bfe9

Comment 8 Lumír Balhar 2025-10-20 06:46:07 UTC
When I try to build the latest version:

Problem: nothing provides requested (python3dist(prompt-toolkit) < 3.1~~ with python3dist(prompt-toolkit) >= 3.0.43)
