cinfo is currently compiled to look for number of packages from pacman, which is obviously not quite helpful on Fedora/RHEL/CentOS. ;)

It looks like the way to fix it is to patch config.def.h: https://github.com/mrdotx/cinfo/blob/master/config.def.h
