Individual Bugzilla bugs will be migrated starting at the end of May. If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
As the new left-pane WebUI menu (Monitor, Content, Hosts,..) is reworked in 6.15, there is some UI regression. When I want to see e.g. tasks, I need to do one extra click - to newly unwrap Satellite Tasks submenu under Monitor. That can be seen as an acceptable compromise of the menu design change but if one often goes to say Content Views, they must do the extra unwrap each and every time.

It might be beneficial to have an option "unwrap whole menu subtree". Such that when one clicks to, say, Monitor, also items under Reports or Satellite Tasks are automatically unwrapped.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate through WebUI to either Cotntent Views or Tasks or Provisioning Templates (Hosts -> Templates).
2. Do 1. repeatedly after a refresh / logout / click to a particular item (e.g. "All Hosts" wraps back Templates I just opened/unwrapped.


Actual results:
1. needs manual unwrap of "submenu" item on every WebUI refresh/change.


Expected results:
Have an option to have fully unwrapped whole submenu I am in.

I talked to the team about it, and since the menu with the open sub menu is pretty long, and users have the navigation search, we decided against automatically opening sub menus.
